How do I place an order?
Simply navigate to the product you wish to purchase and click the 'Order via WhatsApp' button. This will open a chat with us where we will confirm your order details, delivery address, and payment.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship nationwide across South Africa. Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 working days for major city centers and up to 5 working days for outlying areas.
What payment methods do you accept?
Once you place your order via WhatsApp, we will send you an invoice with our banking details. We currently accept Instant EFT and standard bank transfers (EFT).
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes, our formulations are gentle and designed with sensitive skin in mind. We use botanical extracts without harsh synthetic irritants. However, we always recommend patch-testing a new product before full application.
How are your ingredients sourced?
We firmly believe in small-batch, natural skincare. Our botanical ingredients are ethically sourced, prioritizing local South African suppliers wherever possible to ensure quality and freshness.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Given the personal nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. If your product arrives damaged or you experience an unusual reaction, please contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you.
